Our AI provider does not use data sent through its API to train its models. We never sell your data, share it for advertising, or show ads. We may disclose data if the law requires it.

4. Who on our team can see it

Our admin tools show counts (for example, how many calls happened). They do not show your tasks, facts, messages or transcripts. A small number of engineers can access the database to fix problems, and only when needed.

5. How long we keep it

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California), you may have further rights, including objecting to processing and complaining to your data protection authority. We process your data to provide the service you asked for (contract) and, for security and cost control, our legitimate interests.

7. Security

Data travels over encrypted connections. Passwords are hashed. Access to servers is limited. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you promptly if a breach affects your data.

8. Children

Hanz is not for anyone under 16. If you think a child has made an account, email us and we will delete it.

9. Health information

Hanz is built with ADHD in mind, but we don't ask for a diagnosis or medical records. If you tell Hanz about your health, it is stored like any other fact and you can delete it. Hanz is not a medical service.

10. Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect.
